I began this amazing journey into massage therapy after earning my A.A. in liberal arts from Raritan Valley Community College.  I then enrolled in a 780-hour professional massage therapy program at Cortiva Institute- Somerset School of Massage Therapy in Piscataway.  I have been formally trained in Therapeutic Swedish, Myofascial Release, sports and prenatal massage, as well as various spa treatments.  I have a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology of the human body as well as pathologies and injuries.  I graduated as the Valedictorian of my class and am certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and also certified in CPR.  I own Elements of Healing, LLC and am a member of the International Massage Association.  I have worked with the 2007-08 Rutgers University Football Team as well as Rutgers' 2006-07 Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Teams.   I look forward to expanding my knowledge to include Neuromuscular Therapy and infant massage.
